MEDIPLUS has its manufacturing facilities at Bahadurgarh, an Industrial town in the state of Haryana (India). The location offers advantageous goods & public transport facilities. It is in close proximity to the Inland Container Depot in Delhi and the International airport at Delhi, for a smooth handling of the export shipments.

All production facilities follow Good manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.). The injection moulding, product assembly and the blister packaging are carried out in environmental controlled areas. The controlled areas have a state-of-the-art HVAC system with HEPA filtration, positive pressure, controlled temperature and regulated humidity. The facilities also comprise an in-house computerized EO Gas Sterilization system, complying with EN 550 and ISO 11135 standards. The sterilization of every product batch is confirmed by well-equipped in-house laboratory.

MEDIPLUS has state-of-the-art plant & machinery, to ensure the consistency in product quality. Some of the modern machines have been directly imported from Europe and Japan to deliver consistent and reliable product quality.

The company has put to use state-of-the-art assembly & packing machines to ensure the repetitive consistency in the product. All assembly machines are designed and fabricated keeping in mind, the requirements of clean room.
